ProdReady Engineering collects the fields you submit: name, business email, optional application URL, technology stack, AI builder, problem description, timeline, and budget. The pricing form also records the package you select and whether you want an NDA.
We use that information to reply to the inquiry and to scope an engagement. Messages are sent by email. If email delivery is configured, the provider is Resend. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, service-role keys, or customer records on this form, and the server rejects submissions that look like secrets.
Inquiry content is kept for as long as we are talking about a project, then deleted or archived under the contract that follows. You can ask for deletion by emailing engineering@prodready.online. We do not sell this information.
The site loads Google Analytics to measure visits and pages viewed. We do not sell this information. Essential operation of the form does not use a tracking cookie. Hosting is on Vercel. Server logs may include IP address for abuse prevention and are not used as a marketing profile.
The site is offered to people in the United States, the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates. If you are in the EU, the legal basis for the inquiry is steps toward a contract. This page will be updated when the business address and any subprocessors change.
