How do billing milestones and invoicing work?

Fixed-price audits and rescue sprints use a 50/50 milestone model: 50% when the contract and repository intake start, and 50% when the deliverable is signed off or the deployment is verified.

Who owns the intellectual property and code?

You own the patches, configuration scripts, and documentation we produce. The agreement assigns that work to you.

How do you securely handle production credentials?

We do not ask for plain-text root credentials or unencrypted production environment files. Access is read-only repository access and, when needed, a staging or read replica.

What happens if scope changes during a Rescue Sprint?

The critical path is written down before kickoff. If a new blocker appears, we flag it in the shared channel and reprioritize inside the fixed price, or write a change order before extra work starts.

Can procurement use a custom MSA?

Yes. The standard agreement is built for a fast start. Enterprise customers can redline terms, send a security questionnaire, and request net-30 or net-45.

What is covered under the 30-Day Stability Warranty?

If a query, migration, or authentication patch we shipped fails or regresses performance within 30 days of release, we deploy the fix at no additional charge.
