How an engagement works

Six steps. The same sequence whether you start with an audit or go straight to a rescue sprint.

  1. STEP 01

    Submit your application details

    URL, stack, AI builder, the failure you can already see, timeline, and budget. No credentials.

  2. STEP 02

    We review the technical requirements

    Read-only repository access after a mutual NDA. A first read comes back inside one business day when the queue allows.

  3. STEP 03

    Receive an audit or a project proposal

    The proposal names the issues, the files, and what is out of scope.

  4. STEP 04

    Approve the scope and the price

    Fixed fee. A change of scope is a written change, not a surprise invoice.

  5. STEP 05

    We implement and test the agreed fixes

    Pull requests, staging verification, and tests around the code we touch.

  6. STEP 06

    Receive the final technical report

    What changed, how it was verified, and what is still yours to watch.
