UAE inquiries arrive from Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. US inquiries arrive from Zillow, Realtor.com, and the MLS feed. Bitrix24 is the desk CRM. Each source stores the portal, the campaign, and the listing, then merges on phone so one person is not two pipelines.
The session records which listing was opened, which portal sent the visit, and which pages were viewed. That log is on the lead before anyone dials. An agent can see the property the caller was actually looking at.
An AI call qualifies the inquiry and writes a score: important or low. Important notifies the assigned agent. Low stays on email and SMS. The drip still stops for an unsubscribe, quiet hours, or a contract.
